A healthy body does not always mean a muscular and well-shaped body only. Those who might not have an attractive body that most of us consider healthy can still be strong enough from within to resist the coronavirus infection due to high immunity. During the Covid19 pandemic, good health equates with good immunity because only strong immunity helps fight the infection effectively and prevent it from causing sickness.  According to Jason e Fisher, when we are all struggling to stay healthy, we must know what it takes to stay healthy. A healthy body supports a healthy mind, and it is essential to keep mental stress under control by protecting our physical health.

Building a solid and healthy body requires regular exercising that enhances metabolism. To ensure that the body receives the proper nutrition necessary for strength.  To support metabolism, you must focus on your diet so that the body gets adequate nutrition. That builds stronger bones and muscles and increases stamina and immunity. In addition, a robust immune system prevents the novel coronavirus from infecting you.

Follow a healthy diet

What you eat directly affects your health, and you must know what to eat to stay healthy. It does not mean that you eat only a few things. But you must eat only those foods with enough nutritional value and helps to stay healthy. While food and dietary supplements can cure or prevent Covid19 says Jason e Fisher. You must focus on a healthy diet to strengthen the immune system.  Moreover, a healthy diet does not help fight Covid19. But it reduces the chances of other health problems like heart disease, obesity, diabetes, and some types of cancer.

What comprises a healthy diet?

A healthy diet comprises a mix of a variety of food items that are rich in nutrition. Your menu must include a combination of rice, wheat, or whole grains, legumes like beans and lentils. And plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, including some leafy vegetables. Add to it some animal protein like fish, eggs, meat, and dairy products like milk.  Choose unprocessed foods rich in fiber like millet, maize, oats, brown rice, and wheat. As it helps sustain a fuller feeling for a longer time.  Fresh fruits, raw vegetables, and unsalted nuts are good for snacks.

Fat, salt, and sugar

Focus on eating only healthy fats like soy oil, olive oil, corn oil, and sunflower oil. Instead of ghee, lard, and butter. In addition, white meats like fish and poultry have lower fats than red meat. Choose dairy products with low-fat content.

Restrict salt consumption to a teaspoonful or 5 grams per day and limit sugar intake by avoiding fizzy drinks. Fruit juices, and flavored milk drinks. However, consume a lot of fluids and drink enough water. Restrict or avoid alcohol and tobacco consumption.
