As it helps sustain a fuller feeling for a longer time.  Fresh fruits, raw vegetables, and unsalted nuts are good for snacks.

Fat, salt, and sugar

Focus on eating only healthy fats like soy oil, olive oil, corn oil, and sunflower oil. Instead of ghee, lard, and butter. In addition, white meats like fish and poultry have lower fats than red meat. Choose dairy products with low-fat content.

Restrict salt consumption to a teaspoonful or 5 grams per day and limit sugar intake by avoiding fizzy drinks. Fruit juices, and flavored milk drinks. However, consume a lot of fluids and drink enough water. Restrict or avoid alcohol and tobacco consumption.
